CRMS (Client Record Management System) was initially conceived as a solution for providing secure and efficient access to client centred documentation. By working intensively with a local community based health agency, FCMHS (Frontenac Community Mental Health Services, Kingston, ON.), we were able to incorporate the community mental health data set with its associated reports as well as their own assessments and related documents.

All CRMS clients receive the same kind of close association to help tailor a system unique to your needs. Various assessment tools, such as the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN), Common Data Set (CDS), Management Information System (MIS) workload measurements, Addiction data set, Child and Adolescent information, Crisis Services, interRAI-CHA ©, interRAI-MH © and Housing, as well as numerous other tools and features have been incorporated into CRMS Software.
